PHOTOSHOOT TERMS & POLICY

Upon scheduling an appointment with us, you abide by the terms and policies stated below..

1. Payment: A Non-refundable of 50% is required to be paid upon scheduling of appointment to secure your booking. The balance is due 24 hours before the shoot.. This helps us prepare ahead for your shoot.

2. Lateness: Lateness to studio or location disrupts plans. This could cause us to shoot less as the shoot is time based.There’s a 15 minutes grace period allowed for latency. A charge of $50 accrues after the grace minutes lapse. Latency charge is to be paid before the shoot starts.

3. Image Delivery: All Images shoot during the session are sent to clients in a google link all in jpegs. However, Only number of images included in your package are to be selected and sent to the photographer for retouching. Clients are allowed to select more than images Allowed but extra images cost additional $20 per image for retouching. Payment for extras are to be made upon selection.

4. Turn Around Time: Retouched images are delivered to clients ten days after the images are selected and sent to photographer for edits.

5. Copyright: Glambyshaddy retains rights to use all images for portfolio, social media promotion and publication. It is illegal to alter any image created by glambyshaddy before or after edits.

6. Session Reschedule: A reschedule notification should be forwarded to photographer at least 3 days before the shoot. Rescheduled date has to be within the next 7 days after the initial shoot day. Date chosen for reschedule has to be at Glambyshaddy’s convenience.

Client is only allowed to reschedule once as further rescheduling will cost extra $50.
